It’s a very basic plugin which does its job, but it definitely needs to have an option too choose the language in which the alt text is generated.

This plugin has a good UI with all the features and options that you need, but nothing more. It doesn’t want to sell you some “Premium” features, but lets you enter your own API key. Highly recommended!
