How billing, trials, cancellations, and refunds work on paid plans.
Which currency are prices in, and are taxes included?
All plan prices are shown in USD. Any sales tax, VAT, or GST that applies in your country is calculated and added at checkout, so your final total can be higher than the listed price.
How does the free trial work?
Yearly plans include a 7-day free trial. Monthly plans have no free trial. On yearly, you confirm a payment method at checkout, and the first charge happens when the trial ends. Cancel before then in Account and you are not charged.
Am I charged monthly or yearly?
Whichever you pick at checkout. Monthly plans renew every month, yearly plans are billed once for twelve months at a lower effective monthly rate. Both renew automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your Account page, or from the billing portal linked there. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes in clear cases: duplicate charges, billing errors, and anywhere consumer law requires it, including cooling-off rights. Shortly after a first charge with little usage we often refund as a goodwill gesture. We do not routinely refund a completed period after substantial use. Full detail is in the refund policy.
How do I request a refund or ask a billing question?
Email support@statwp.com from the address on your StatWP account and include the approximate charge date. Please contact us before opening a bank chargeback, since a dispute can suspend your access while it is open.
What happens when I upgrade, downgrade, or a payment fails?
Plan changes are handled by our payment processor, and proration follows what you confirm at the time of the change. If a renewal payment fails, update your card under Payment method and invoices in Account to restore access.
Where do I find my invoices?
In Account. Past charges are listed there, and the billing portal has downloadable invoices plus your payment method.
