This Privacy Policy explains how StatWP (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and tools. It should be read with our Terms of Use.

1. Information we collect

• Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile image (as provided by Google), plus a stable account identifier.
• Usage data. Features you use (for example favorites, pins, niche lookups, layout preferences), approximate timestamps, and similar product telemetry needed to run plan limits and improve the Service.
• Billing data. Paid plans are processed by Paddle. We receive subscription status, plan identifiers, and customer IDs needed to grant access. Card details are handled by Paddle, not stored by StatWP.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request paths) and cookies or similar technology required for authentication and security.

2. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service
• Authenticate you and sync your library across devices
• Enforce plan limits and prevent abuse
• Process subscriptions and respond to support requests
• Send service-related messages (account, billing, security). Marketing messages, if any, will respect preferences where required by law

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the Service:

• Google — authentication (you choose Google sign-in)
• Paddle — payment and subscription management
• Hosting / database providers — infrastructure that stores accounts and product data
• Legal / safety — if required by law or to protect rights, users, or the Service

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We keep account and product data while your account is active and as needed for billing, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data; some records may be retained where we must (for example tax or fraud prevention).

5. Your choices

• Disconnect or manage Google access in your Google account settings
• Manage subscription and billing via your StatWP account / Paddle
• Contact us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable law

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, managed databases). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International users

We may process data in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
