I tried to use this when it worked and it didn’t agree with me much. I have tried to find another website blocker in the meantime and found it. Stop Procrastinating works quite effectively. I am happy with it.

It is easy to see if it is working. Netrenderer.com is a site to render all IE versions.

Still seems to work. Has some customization of the block page, although it would be nice to be able to view it and see what it looks like for blocked visitors. Great plugin, not much more to say.
