Works perfectly with the latest WP 4.2.2 and does the job well. You can now keep all comments moderated, EXCEPT for those coming from specific email addresses. Adding/removing emails via existing comments is a cinch. Many thanks.

Makes it very easy to pre-approve certain users for posting comments without having them wait for moderation. GREAT for trusted users on a site requiring comment approval.
