Does what it says. Trashing attachments is on by default but can be changed that in options. The roadmap looks good. Hopefully that happens.

I was looking for a plugin to would delete media/attachments (and their files) when deleting a post. This does that perfectly. I would be nice to add options for trashing/deleting child hierarchical posts so you can turn of this...
