Thanks for sharing – noticed that form validation throws a javascript conflict. Would be great if the CSS was exposed to be able to style the labels.

Used the Plugin on numerous Sites and love it. There are some issues with doubling up of labels where Themes are badly coded (note: from what I’ve seen this only happens when the Theme is badly coded i.e. not a Plugin issue).
