導入してしばらく経ちますが、今のところサイト訪問者（お客様）からの苦情等はなく、問題なくスムーズに稼働しています。 万が一AIの回答が間違っていた場合でも、後から「ナレッジ設定」を追加することで次回以降の回答を修正できるため、実運用上も不都合を感じていません。手軽に導入できてしっかりと管理ができる、実用的な良いプラグインだと思います。
