This is the only plugin I have found that does what I want – enables me to shorten long posts in listings by use of a shortcode placed where I want it in the post or page. Thanks

Added the plugin and activated it. Nothing. No change to my pages. In the support section a question is asked about this very thing – and after two months – no answer.
