I works pretty nicely. But on pages where content is loaded through JS, said content is sometimes cut off by the footer (it starts a little too high in those cases). Therefore I can’t use the plugin effectively on my site

Short page content happens, you know. This plugin just stomps the footer down to the bottom of the page and keeps it there, where it ought to be.
