I tested all the similar plugins. Option Inspector (also very nice & simple) WP Options Editor (has all the features, but somehow ugly) Options Pixie (no editing in free version) Clean Options (oldest and obviously not maintained) This one...

Simple and straight-forward! It does exactly what it’s supposed to, and it’s a lot easier than going in through myPHP etc! Works with the newest WP 3.8!
