This was recommended in jetpack article but it did not work for me. The name (admin) was not changed when I checked it. I then tried to change it with another plugin but it said it was already taken, so I tried going back into this plugin...

This plugin works great for me. I’m able to update the username, yet the user’s account still functions as before with their subscription and settings remaining active/unchanged. Thank you!
