It works but it is very limited. We can not have a preview of the email sent, and we can not test only on a single user without having to uncheck everyone. There is no wysiwyg ..

This plugin works, and I’m glad of that, I think the ability to notify all users of a new post is important, however I would like to see some development of the plugin, for example: I’d like a simple check box to choose to notify all users...
